Resulting from a city marketing project that lasted over several years, the “Spielraum Soltau” concept has become a unique feature of a city with a new identity. Being the only one of its kind in Germany, this new image has found its expression in a distinctive logo – a spinning top that stands for dynamics and movement. Its different disks and layers symbolize the various institutions that participate in the “Spielraum Soltau”.
